Mamas for Mamas is looking for donations!
Between March 1st and 8th, Aurora Skin & Vein will be accepting donations on behalf of Mamas for Mamas. We will also be offering all donors a special incentive for supporting this great cause. If you bring in any of the following feminine hygiene products to Aurora Skin & Vein in the next week, you will receive 15% off your favourite skincare product!

Mamas for Mamas reveals some pretty startling statistics about poverty.
Their website reveals that, according to Citizens for Public Justice, 5.8 million people in Canada live in poverty. That makes up 16.8% of our population. Needless to say, that number is far too high. It means that literally more than a sixth of all Canadians are impoverished. As a nation, we can certainly do much better than that.
“We are committed to giving a hand up, not just a hand out to those struggling by providing them with essential needs,” says Mamas for Mamas, “We are actively engaging with multiple levels of government and non-profit agencies; together we are working to change the systems that contribute to the vicious cycle of poverty, mental health issues, housing, and food insecurity and have recently expanded digitally across Canada.”
